Floridian
I ordered the " Floridian Omelette ", which is loaded with succulent ham chunks, fresh tomatoes, onion, mild and creamy flavored American cheese, and deliciously shredded crispy hash browns, topped with their amazing sausage gravy and it comes with a side of perfectly seasoned home fries and toast! Such huge portions that I had to take home the leftovers and it was absolutely delicious!
Stuffed French Toast
The stuffed French is the best I have every had!
Hamburger
Had the Mac attack smash burger with sweet potato fries. My husband had the meat lovers omelette. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! Servers were so friendly and accommodating!!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND
Cheeseburger
Omg. MAC DADDY IN THE HOUSE. BURGER CHEESE BURGER CHEESE LETTUCE PICKLES THOUSAND ISLAND...ON...GET THIS.....AN EVERYTHING BAGEL. ONIONS OPTIONAL. ? OH...and MEATLOAF. So darn delicious. Did i mention gravy???? Honestly just eat here. Everything is good. Love my ECC family.

Stuffed French Toast
I love the cream cheese stuffed French toast with raspberry sauce. I don't know what they put in the French toast ingredients but it's the best I have ever had!!
Eggs (2 Eggs)
Too many great choices led me to ordering my old standby, 2 eggs, bacon, and home fries. I asked our server what she orders and her eyes immediately lit up. She offered us two choices, one being the new smash burger and the other the stuffed french toast. I looked over at my boyfriend, she had him at raspberry sauce and chocolate chips. Paul ordered his favorite fish and chips and Eva landed on the Rachel Ruben. It's amazing when you're excited to eat the food you ordered, its even better when you're server is on point and you never find yourself looking for them, but it speaks volumes when other customers come to your rescue. We were so focused on finishing our heaping portions and delighted to be together that I hadn't noticed when my sweater fell to the floor. When I heard "miss" I turned around to see this big, burly fellow with twinkling eyes returning it to the back of my chair. I smiled and thanked him. I felt welcomed even as someone from Maine. Everyone seemed to enjoying themselves and after today I can't wait to return to try the five menu items I was torn between. You know those hidden gems you search for and keep under wraps tso that don't get too busy? Well too late, you're going to have to wait in line at Elm Centre but I'm going to let you in on a secret; it's not only worth the wait, it's worth the drive from Maine. Get to Elm Centre as soon as you can and bring people you like!
Portuguese Benedict

Corned Beef Hash
The Homemade Corned Beef Hash is the best hash ive ever had in my life. Ive searched for years for comparable hash, nowhere has come close.
Texas French Toast
French toast was made perfectly and full of flavor 11/10 this is a must get item on there outstanding menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
